Core Responsibilities 1. To explore the most potential suppliers and initiate upward business partnership.
2.To build strong coordination / Communication with foreign suppliers & end users.
3.To take cost down measures to reduce the cost of imported goods.
4.To place order to the concerned supplier after management approval and their monitoring.
5.To settle the after purchase issues i.e. discrepancy/warranty parts order, payment (if any), shipment and arrival of those parts and their distributions.
6.To associate with foreign suppliers for documentation of shipment as per Custom valuation/ SBP Foreign Exchange Rules.
7.Arrange for timely establishment of L/C & D/P contracts with close coordination of Finance and concerned bank and T/T remittances as well.
