Pak Suzuki firmly believes that our youth is future of Pakistan, for which Academic and Technical education is essential. To support this obligation, Pak Suzuki is providing Training and Equipment to Technical Schools and Rebuilding/ Renovation of Schools in under privilege areas.

Donation to BasicNeeds Pakistan - 2019

Pak Suzuki has donated (Sewing Machines, Machine stands, Cutting tables, Cabinet, Fabric rolls, Stitching related items, Stationery, Medicines & Promotional Material, etc.) to BasicNeeds Pakistan on 17th December, 2019. The purpose of this donation is to enhance the training facilities at BasicNeeds. BasicNeeds Pakistan is helping underprivileged women affected by mental illness or epilepsy by providing mental health care and socio-economic services through outreach clinics and livelihoods programs. The students are given vocational trainings such as fashion designing, making of dresses, purses, hand embroidery and jewelry, etc. free of cost. Psychiatric patients are also provided with clinical consultancy and medicines, all at free. The objective is to enable these suppressed women to live a normal and healthy life, become financially independent and so contribute to their family as well. Mr. Masafumi Harano, MD & CEO Pak Suzuki while addressing at ceremony, sincerely appreciated the efforts of BasicNeeds Pakistan for educating, curing and developing these helpless women to turn them into productive assets for society and country.


Safe Driving Techniques Awareness Session - 2019

Under CSR Program, a Driving Awareness Session on “SAFE DRIVING TECHNIQUES” has been conducted in the company for Car Carriers’ Team, on Wednesday 29th November, 2019, to enhance their Safety Level and to ensure their safe journey. During the session, Head Corporate Planning Department informed about Safe Driving Techniques, Highway Driving Rules and Tips for Maintenance of Vehicles; the awareness session also comprised of pictorial/video demonstration about Driving Signs and Techniques, Accidents and their Precautions. In the end, Mr. Rashid Hameed Khan, Divisional Head Sales participated in session. Total 35 participants attended the awareness session; gifts were also presented to participants.


Inauguration of Used Machines Donation to PSTC

Under CSR, Pak Suzuki has donated 29 Used Machines (Drill, Milling, Vector & Turret Lathe Machines, etc.) to Pak Swiss Training Centre (PSTC); the ceremony held on 04th October, 2019. PSTC overhauled some machines before using and also bought some new machines after selling out of some used machines where overhauling / repairing cost was too high. PSTC came into existence in 1965 in collaboration with SWISSCONTACT Government of Switzerland and PCSIR Government of Pakistan, since then PSTC has been actively playing a vital role in producing skilled manpower by providing education, technical skills and hand on experience to the students. PSTC offers Degree programs, Diploma Associate Engineering and Short Professional Courses in different fields of Technologies; and the students of PSTC after passing, have been serving in different industries, organizations and abroad as well. Speaking on the occasion, Mr. Masafumi Harano, MD & CEO Pak Suzuki applauded the training facilities of PSTC and appreciated PSTC management’s and staff’s dedication for transforming the students from unskilled to skilled professionals, which enables the students to render their services to industry in most professional way. He further enlighten that Pakistan is the land of the best human resource and what needed is to harness the workforce with the best of technical and technological skills of the world. Mr. Masafumi Harano, MD & CEO Pak Suzuki and Mr. Habib Ullah-Senior Joint Secretary, Ministry of Science & Technology as a Chief Guest, along with other Officials attended the ceremony.


HSE & CLP Awareness Sessions at AOP - 2019

Under CSR program, Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) Awareness Session & Computer Literacy Program was organized on 27th September, 2019 for the children (son/daughter/brother & sister) of Area Office Rawalpindi Officers. Total 18 children participated in these sessions. In Computer Literacy session, Training regarding the Basic Computer Usage, MS-Office, etc. was given them by CP Team, while in HSE Session, trainer enlightened on Health related issues, importance of knowing safety issues and related precautions, tips to stay healthy, safe & secure during day to day activities, including environment protection. In the end, participants were awarded with gifts.


Suzuki Bolan Donation to SAM Institute - 2019

Under Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Program, Pak Suzuki has donated a SUZUKI BOLAN VAN to SAM Institute of Special (Inclusive) Education & Rehabilitation, Abbottabad on 26th September, 2019; it will cater the need of transportation of special needs children and teaching staff. SAM Institute is helping the special needs children affected by physical, mental and thallisemic disabilities through physical and intellectual exercises, so that they would lead to live healthier and normal life. The institute is also striving to provide student best of academic program and creating public awareness regarding the children with Autism and other disabilities, offering these services free of cost to poor children of town. Mr. Masafumi Harano, MD & CEO Pak Suzuki formally presented the symbolic key to Ms. Samina Kouser, Founder Director SAM Institute Abbottabad.
