Pak Suzuki believes that environment has a major impact on quality of life of people & is directly related to health of the community. To achieve this, Pak Suzuki has Environment Program in place throughout the company.

Plantation in Government School - 2017

Plantation not only enhances the beauty of environment but it also plays a positive role in development of Healthy Environment; keeping in view this, plantation activity (under CSR Program) has been completed in Government Boys & Girls Higher Secondary School Haji Natho, in September. The Plantation project consist of planting 150 trees including fruit trees for first time i.e. Mango & Sapodilla (chickoo) along with Cono-Carpus, inside and outside school; also grass lawns have been made at several locations. During a visit to school on 11th October, 2017, Mr. Ghulam Farooq, Executive Officer –Supply Chain has formally inaugurated the Plantation project under CSR by planting trees. The school management paid thanks to Pak Suzuki management for their continuous support for the betterment of Education and Environment of local community.

Plantation Maintenance - 2017

Plantation Maintenance activity was completed on 19th April, 2017. Spike fencing, sand and fertilizer filling was done for around 1,000 conocarpus trees and some coconut trees, especially trees planted around DSU 13A. Around 50 cono carpus trees also planted at DSU 13A. Plantation Maintenance resulted into good growth of cono carpus trees.

Plantation along with Pak Suzuki Plot DSU-13A - 2016

Keeping in view the importance of clean and healthy environment and to enhance the beauty in the surrounding of Pak Suzuki Motor Company, Plantation project completed on 19th November, 2016. Total 615 Cono-Carpus trees planted along the Western and Southern side boundary walls of Pak Suzuki plot DSU-13A.

Beach Cleaning Campaign - 2016

Pak Suzuki under its corporate social responsibility organized Beach Cleaning Campaign at Russian Beach on 29th October, 2016; the event was attended by more than 250 employees of Pak Suzuki and nearby Vendors; around 300kg of garbage was collected and disposed off properly. Mr. Hirofumi Nagao, MD Pak Suzuki said in his speech that, “Pollution at our beaches is a serious concern as garbage endangers the beautiful marine life and our beaches; we know that struggle for Clean Environment is challenging, but we will continue our efforts”. He also thanked Pak Suzuki’s and Vendor’s employees of Alsons Auto Parts Pvt. Ltd, A-One Techniques Pvt. Ltd, Automotive Spares & Accessories Pvt. Ltd. for their valuable contribution during the campaign.

Donation to Custom House - 2015

Under CSR, Pak Suzuki has donated Rs. 5 lac to Government of Pakistan Model Custom Collectorate of Preventive Custom House Karachi, for the renovation of Edulji Dinshaw Road Project on 27th October, 2015. The road was previously known as Nawab Mehtab Khanji Road. The renovation project includes redesigning, reconstructing and beautification of the area to stream line traffic, ease of congestion and to turn the street into fun place and social hub.
