Upon announcement of internship program students from following disciplines pursuing education at HEC recognized Universities / educational institutes can be the part of this 04~08 weeks program:

Management Trainee Program






Pak Suzuki believes in inducting fresh talent in the organization to revitalize it with new concepts, knowledge and ideas. In order to attract fresh blood in our workforce, we conduct Management Trainees Programs to achieve our objective for introducing fresh graduates for our organization.
Conducting a Management Trainee Program is a win-win situation for both the company and students in the form of learning. Inducting fresh hires enables us to create a pool of potential candidates who are enthusiastic and motivated, and will help in increasing our workforce diversity.


Eligibility:Fresh Graduates from HEC recognized Universities / educational institutes pursued education in the following disciplines are eligible:

Duration: 06 Months

Hiring process: Management Trainee Program at Pak Suzuki comprises of the following steps:

  1. Written Test
  2. Preliminary Interview
  3. Final Interview
  4. Medical Tests
  5. Offer / Appointment
